Susan's favorite part of the job is helping clients define and create spaces that truly reflect their culture and values. She loves her role as facilitator between the manufacturer, the A+D firm, the general contractors, and the client.

A New York native, Millie joined COI in July 2018. She has 20 years of experience with and a vast knowledge of the contract furniture industry. She’s worked in Civil Service, GSA, Corporate, Higher Education and Commercial Real Estate and understands many industries.
Her 2 children and 3 grandchildren also live in the PNW. Her passions involve family, learning new products, soccer, rock climbing, sky diving, harness horse ownership, downhill skiing, and hiking the Adirondack Park.

Ed has been in the furniture industry for over 25 years. He’s had his hands in all aspects of the installation field -- as an installer, scheduler, warehouse manager, quotations manager and project manager, from single piece deliveries all the way up to multiple building installations with thousands of workstations. When he’s not at work, you can usually find him in his race shop, preparing his NASCAR Super Late Model race car for the next race. His favorite vacation spot is Cabo San Lucas where he spends time polishing up on his amateur pool volleyball skills and searching for the best street taco!

Scott has been in the office furniture industry for over 40 years. His industry experience has been with manufacturers, the dealership community, refurbishing dealers, as a Facilities Analyst with 3 large corporate companies and as a consultant. His vast experiences allow him to provide many varied solutions and programs for clients. Both of his children are accomplished athletes with one competing professionally. When he does have time off you will either in the saddle on his bicycle or his horses. Rodeo is his passion.

Jon has been in the office furniture industry for 23 plus years. He started fresh out of high school in 1988 as an installer. Since then he has moved into project management and operations manager. Jon prides himself in his strong work ethic, organizational and ability to multi-task and problem solve. He recently took a six year break from office furniture and worked as the Lead Health Unit Coordinator at Swedish Medical Center's Cherry Hill Emergency Department which gives him a unique understanding of healthcare needs. Jon and his wife Linda have 3 grown sons ages 27, 24, 21 and 2 cats. Jon is passionate about golfing. "You can call me what you want just don't call me late for a tee time."

I have been in the commercial interiors business for 14 years. I started in the field as an installer then quickly moved to a job site supervisor. I then project managed for 7 years before moving to the Director of operations role. My wife Shauna and our two boys, Preston and Landon currently reside in Bonney Lake. In our spare time we love to travel the country and spend a lot of our time outdoors. We are also huge sports fanatics in our household.
